Query: Reducing false positives

Can streaming analytics alert me to trends or patterns that have or may occur?

Increasing streaming input rates cause collection platforms and analytic tools to fall behind or fail outright. Systems falling behind generate too many false positives, and the quality of their output is reduced. This causes collectors and analysts to lose confidence in the analyses that the computers provide.

AIM developed ways to dynamically query streams of data with high confidence in the results. Stream querying reduces false positives, decreases cognitive load on analysts, and streamlines infrastructure for maintaining queries.
